  • We stumbled upon this church when we moved to Ft Collins because it was near our new home and we drove by it all the time. Coming from a large ("mega") church in California, I was worried that Emmaus would be too small, but we decided to try it out for a just a few Sundays. That was a year ago and we're still going. The pastor is real and approachable, as is everyone else we've met. As for worship...I don't know how so many legit musicians ended up in this little church, but they did and the worship is beautiful. There's a great group of younger couples and families that come here, but my favorite part is the way young and old church members mix, like everyone really cares about each other regardless of background, age or income. My kids wake up most weekdays asking if they can go to church. Truly, Emmaus Rd has been a blessing on our family.

  • When we moved a few years ago we tried several churches in Fort Collins. Mostly we found them by online searches but we happened to drive by Emmaus Road and I'm so glad we did!! We visited one week and never stopped going; everyone was so welcoming and it's such a great church family. Everyone supports each other through the good times and the hard times alike. I especially recommend Emmaus Road if you aren't sure what church is for anymore.

  • We recently moved to Colorado and after researching churches in Fort Collins, we found Emmaus Road. On our first Sunday we found the worship meaningful with excellent music and preaching. The people are friendly and have welcomed us into the fellowship. I highly recommend Emmaus Road. It will make a difference in your life.

  • We've been searching for a church home after moving to the area. We've tried several churches, and I'm so happy to have stumbled on this one! The people were immediately friendly in welcoming us, and remembered our names when we came back. It's a small church, which, coming from a large church, I like. I have been so happy to hear a pastor preaching from the Bible, about the Bible. There are many families we have come to know in the few weeks we have been coming and they are genuinely interested in worshipping God, learning about Him, and caring for each other. They have small groups during the week. They have many gatherings involving potlucks, times for families to get to know each other and help the church and community. I'm so glad to have found our church home!

  • We decided to try Emmaus Road after searching for a church home for almost 2 years. The first time we came, we were impressed by the teaching and everyone's effort to greet us. The second time we came, we were impressed by how personable the pastoral staff was and how everyone had made an effort to actually remember our names. We quickly got connected at the church and enjoyed the community culture more than any other church we've been a part of.

These are believers who are real, honest, direct and compassionate. Real life questions and concerns are not avoided, but addressed openly by the word of God that is used to direct sincere discussion about our purpose, our relationship with God, and our relationship with others. We are so grateful that our family has found a church home where compassion and consistency is in abundance, and living as a Christian is not a 'nice trait' that is encouraged, but rather a sincere calling that is presented in terms that anyone can relate to.

We love the kids programs (and so do our kids), and we love the worship. But most of all we love the people...they are what makes this church body truly amazing!
